Release Notes: Stored Value

Released v3 of Clover app which includes the following enhancements:

• Support for tethering Clover Mini with Clover station for customer facing screens allowing self-identification of customers through mobile # lookup, card swipe or card scan and ability to request a redemption on current sale.
• Updated the RETURN button on the Loyal Patron Identification screen to function as a Back (or close window) button that returns clerk back to the previous Select Payment screen instead of the Checkout screen.
• Increased overall font text size on screen and on printed receipt.
• Updated app with new Loyal Patron logo.
• Added bonus messaging on receipt when Days of the Week Reward multiplier is in effect.
• Added new screen prompt upon download to tap Loyal Patron app on each device to submit serial number for activation.
• Fixed issue closing windows from in app buttons for Edit, Activity and Transfer.

• Require Purchaser Name on eGift card purchasers to avoid bringing in a null record in the Purchaser Name field.
• Added currency control that sends to Stripe or Authorize.net for support on eGift and membership payments (CAD vs USA).
• Upgraded the Gift Load Bonus utility to load GIFT value (as opposed to rewards value) as a triggered bonus type on both traditional gift card (Swipe) and eGift card (digital) based on a % of the gift load.

• Auto populating the mobile number value first entered into the Swipe Card screen of Virtual Terminal (in a non-match context) into the registration form as an editable value. This enhancement avoids the need to double enter the patron's mobile # during registration.
• Updated Patron Search to ignore leading 0000s from physical card ID#s and return appropriate results.
• Updated Authorize.net eGift card purchase process by enabling purchaser data to display inside Authorize.net emailed receipts.

• Released v2 of the Loyal Patron Clover app which included performance improvements and bar code scanning for loyalty identification and redeeming digital eGift cards.
• Enhanced card transfer logic to allow card transfers with the same or different membership class affiliation on source (FROM) /destination (TO) card IDs.

• Fixed bug in eGift Card RESEND mechanism introduced by fix to delivery mechanism.
• Fixed bug in eGift Card Fraud Settings and enhanced rendering service to further prevent possible fraud via hacking.
• Fixed message content substitution for dollar amounts on eGift card.
• Added check for valid hash to eGift Card purchase page.

• Added new integration with Waitbusters Dining that enables rewards to be earned and redeemed by patrons through online orders (OLO) for clients using Waitbusters.  
• Updated Patron Blacklist with ability to block eGift card purchasers or recipients from buying/redeeming eGift cards for mitigating fraud prevention.

• Added new Payment Processors page for Administrator users to configure API keys for Stripe or Authorize.net for eGift card sales and recurring membership subscriptions.
• When user taps Transfer from Virtual Terminal select transaction screen, we are now automatically displaying the in-session Card ID# in the FROM field for added convenience so user doesn’t have to manually enter the original (from) card ID.
  Updated Patron Search button in Virtual Terminal to execute search results based on values entered in Swipe Card prompt (e.g., card ID, mobile #, Name).

• We are now bundling digital eGift card service in virtually every client subscription at no extra charge (just ask us if you're eligible).  Fund your bank account year round with prepaid gift loads. Process redemptions through the Virtual Terminal, VeriFone or any POS integrated device by scanning or hand-keying an 11 digit eGift card ID#.

• Added fix to prevent browsers auto filling the Card ID and Password fields when registering a new patron or selecting EDIT from Virtual Terminal when a cardless profile exists with no card ID.
• Fixed Patron Search modal to optimize UX on Clover Mini and Flex devices.
