Release Notes: Automated Promotions

• Upgraded the automated Thank You Note with ability to trigger a thank you note from a digital coupon redemption based on desired time delay from redemption.
• Fixed error making substitutions message when sending a SEND TEST email or mobile message.
• Configured 2nd daily bonus/message time to cover time zones not suitable for early EST to PST (i.e., Guam)
• Upgraded the Gift Load Bonus utility to load GIFT value (as opposed to rewards value) as a triggered bonus type on both traditional gift card (Swipe) and eGift card (digital) based on a % of the gift load.
• Updated red warning message that displays for missing {bonus} tag when pre-Birthday and Pre-Anniversary campaigns are enabled with improved on screen clarity.

• Added new Half Birthday automated campaign that delivers campaign with optional stored value bonus or digital coupon on patron half birthdays, specifically 182days from the patron’s actual birthday
• Upgraded the Gift Load Bonus automated promotion to support the automatic issuance of expiring bonus gift value for gift cards loaded at the terminal or eGift cards purchased online. The value of the bonus is based on either a percentage of amount loaded or a fixed gift value amount.  
• Enhanced error messaging in the Automated Promotions module to provide more clarity on resolving campaigns with broken {bonus} or {coupon} tags. 

• Upgraded the eGift Card Purchase Acknowledgement template to enable circulation of digital coupons to eGift Card purchasers.

• Added new mobile vs desktop preview function inside editing toolbars for ease of previewing between screen sizes. Users can move between desktop and mobile view to instantly visualize how content looks on each device.

• Update Thank You Note with enhancements that release the promotion at user defined interval (X minutes/hours/days)
• Update Thank You Note to support triggering from kiosk and WiFi check-ins in addition to terminal transactions.
• Add {milestone} tag for calculating dollars to next reward for merchants running stored value milestone rewards program.
• Enable saving of sort preferences without constant refresh back to default.
