The FanCONNECT / Loyal Patron integration works with Future POS base terminals or base Future POS installs starting with version 6.0.7.18. For locations that need card range support up to 16 digits (swipe or hand-key) including eGift card redemption, please do full install at version 6.0.7.21 or higher.
The interface is not supported on Mobile POS or Skytab at this time. Please contact Technical Support for onboarding assistance.
