Operators can flag or block any device from being able to use the guest WiFi service. Simply login to your WiFi Dashboard from REPORTING> WiFi Dashboard inside your back office. Go to Reports>Guest Connections.
Click on or search for the guest you wish to block and open their guest profile page. The guest profile page will display whenever you click on any guest information throughout the WiFi dashboard (as long as you have permissions). The guest profile area displays information about the guests that use your WiFi system.
There are five available functions on the Guest Profile screen as follows:
In order to proceed with blocking a guest from accessing your guest WiFi, tap the “Block” button in the Guest Profile. You will see the option to configure a message to display to the user and the date you want the guest to be unblocked or make it permanent.
